Getting banned for any reason removes your right to refund your purchased packages.

If your your ban expires or you get unbanned you re-gain the right to refund.

Any other punishment besides bans do not affect your refund rights.

Ingame items are any ingame items purshased by a user.

Ingame currencies are ingame items that are used to buy stuff ingame.

Ingame item(s) cannot be refunded.

This is to prevent ingame fraud.

Such as: users giving the item(s) to other accounts and requesting a refund.

This does not apply if: the user didn't receive or claim the item(s).

Or the item(s) are bought on a wrong account.

You have the right to refund your purchased packages from your lost account.

This only applies if you are not banned.

and you can proof the new and old account is yours.
